We use those names only to describe and identify the watches we buy, sell and service. That is the only way it is possible to sell a pre-owned watch: you have to be able to say what it is. No use of a manufacturer’s name on this site implies any relationship with that manufacturer.
This is the part people find out too late, so we would rather you read it here first.
A watch bought from an independent dealer is not covered by the manufacturer’s factory warranty. Manufacturers honour their warranties only on watches sold through their own authorized network. That applies to us and to every other independent dealer, whatever a listing says.
Any warranty on a watch you buy from us is provided by Chrono Chong Inc. and is set out on your invoice. Ask us what it is before you buy, and we will tell you in writing.
Every watch is inspected in-house — movement, case, bracelet, dial and hands — before it is offered or shipped. If a watch is not what it is described as, we take it back.
Where a watch has been serviced, has replacement parts, or has a dial, bezel or bracelet that is not original to it, we say so in the description. If you want the service history or additional photographs of anything on this site, ask and we will send them.
Prices on this site are our asking prices and can change without notice; the secondary market moves. Where we show a market average alongside our price, it is drawn from third-party market data as at the date shown and is provided for context only — it is not an appraisal, a valuation or a guarantee of resale value.
Availability changes constantly and a watch shown here may already be committed. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; a sale is agreed only when we confirm it with you directly. We correct errors in price, specification or availability when we find them.
Nothing on this site — including the market figures and the brand histories — is investment advice. Watches are not a guaranteed store of value and prices can fall as well as rise. Buy a watch because you want the watch.
Our brand-history pages are written by us from published sources and manufacturer archives. They are not published, reviewed or approved by any manufacturer. We check what we publish, and if you find something wrong on those pages, tell us and we will correct it.
